What is Zuzu?

ZUZU is a website that has fitness clips that are

 "easy read" and "easy speak".

Each clip has easy to follow fitness clips using simple fitness equipment

The clips are in easy read and easy speak language so that everyone

can participate in the day centre or at home.

According to the International Health Organization "the enjoyment of the highest level of health that can be achieved is one of the fundamental rights of every person regardless of race, religion, political opinion and economic or social status."

Zuzu – Together for a Healthy Life is a joint venture between Keren Shalem, Special Olympics Israel and the Ministry of Welfare and Social Security.

Zuzu provides a series of easy and simple exercises using simple accessories and adapted language. The exercise clips are enjoyable and most importantly, accessible for people with Intellectual disabilities.

ABOUT THE VIDEOS

The videos were developed by a professional team of experts in the field of Adapted sports and mobility for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities:
